Georg Greve has been a software developer from the age of 14, is a traditionally trained physicist, the author of over a hundred articles on various issues around Free Software and European speaker of the GNU Project since 1998.  As the founding president of the Free Software Foundation Europe (FSFE) he has over ten years of experience in coordinating interdisciplinary, international activities, often involving multiple organisations and achieving goals in a variety of environments, including the United Nations, the European Commission, the International Standardization Organisation and large corporations such as Google. Besides having provided expertise on the business application of Free Software and Open Standards to a variety of companies and entrepreneurs over the years, Georg Greve also helped start initiatives such as the X.Org foundation and the Open Database Alliance. This combination of practical and theoretical skills makes him an experienced strategist with insight into a wide variety of issues.

Paul AdamsDr. Paul J. Adams, Managing Director, Kolab Systems
Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Secretary of the Board

Trained as a software engineer and specialising in process management, Dr. Paul J. Adams has worked in both academia and industry as a researcher and project manager, covering a variety of Free Software-related topics. In 2009 he worked for Zea Partners conducting research on behalf of the commercial community involved in Zope and Plone development and services. Prior to this he worked as a research and project manager for Sirius Corporation in the UK. Paul graduated in 2004 as a Software Engineer, from the University of Durham, UK. His subsequent doctorate was conducted between 2005 and 2009 from the University of Lincoln. Paul was awarded Chartered IT Professional status, in 2008 and is a full professional member of the British Computer Society (for whom he is co-founder and former chairman of the Open Source Specialist Group), IEEE as well as of KDE e.V. and the Fellowship of the FSFE.

Till AdamTill Adam, Managing Director, KDAB Germany

Originally coming from a liberal arts background, Till Adam has spent the last ten years in the software world. He is well respected as a contributor to Free Software, in particular to the KDE project, an expert in cross-platform software development, a trainer, afrequent public speaker and an occasional author. At KDAB he is responsible for operations in the German speaking markets and coordinates the activities of the KDAB group around KDE, Kolab and MeeGo globally.

Bernhard ReiterBernhard Reiter, Managing Director, Intevation

After an academic career as an Applied Systems Scientist at the University of Osnabrück and an MSc in Geography from the University of Milwaukee, USA, Bernhard Reiter co-founded Intevation GmbH as one of Germany's premier Free Software companies. A managing director of Intevation for the past ten years, Bernhard Reiter has a wide range of experience as consultant, developer, software architect and project manager. Among his past achievements are project coordination of the GnuPG and Kmail support for emails secured via S/MIME and coordination of the initial development of the Kolab Groupware Solution, including the server, web client and the Kolab smart client "Kontact" on several platforms. As part of his work at Intevation, Bernhard Reiter will continue to provide his substantial architectural and development coordination skills to the Kolab Enterprise Community.
