Kolab Pricing

Certified Kolab is a software subscription with an additional Service Level Agreement (SLA) containing a variety of optional components.

The following prices are provided in Swiss Franc (CHF), Please note that the official price lists in Swiss Franc (CHF), EUR (for the Euro Zone), and GBP (for the UK and Northern Ireland) are authoritative.   • Minimum purchase is 50 named users for the server
  • Educational, public sector and charity rebates are available upon request on everything except the student price for server users.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The basic Service Level Agreement is priced yearly and includes a two business day response guarantee and 20% Rate Reduction for issue resolution. Customers of Certified Kolab with SLA also get a 30% introductory rebate on consultancy & migration support from Kolab Systems.

On all per user prices, the following volume discounts apply strictly per number of users within that group. Your Kolab Systems partner will gladly provide you with the applicable numbers for your deployment.

Public sector, charity & education

On all Software Subscription & Service Level Agreement pricing with the exception of the Certified Kolab Server @ School offer for students & pupils, a 20% discount is available.

This discount does not apply to issue resolution rates, which are solely determined by the Rate Reduction applicable due to the SLA purchased.

Ticket Resolution

For users without SLA and access to the ticketing system, support can be provided upon availability and with no guarantee for response times or resolution.

Urgent requests will be invoiced at 150% the standard rate in such cases.

For customers with valid SLA, the following rates provide the base rates against which the Rate Reduction is applied.

Ticket Contingents

Issue resolution can also be included in the form of a contingent per month/quarter/year upon agreement. This allows treating your support contingent very much like a bank account which accumulates time and can even go into overdraft for short times, combining guaranteed immediate resolution with plannable pricing.
